Mission Statement:  Our goal is to create a community of veterans helping veterans to have a positive impact on our nation beyond military service.

Rutgers Newark Student Veteran Organization (RSVO) will be a service organization for student veterans and the University community. As an organization RSVO will provide veteran students with information and guidance in several stages and aspects of their academic careers.  RSVO will aide Rutgers Newark in becoming one of the top military friendly universities in the nation by working towards the objectives set forth in the Report by the Committee on Veteran Services.
